A gas-first investment thesis with end-to-end integration, developing upstream assets and delivering LPG, LNG, and FLNG solutions directly to the customers and industries that need them most.
Most energy companies stop at the wellhead. We follow the molecule to the customer.
Nigeria holds 210+ Tcf of proven gas reserves (Africa's largest), yet ranks only 16th in global production. Zenergy acquires, develops, and operates oil and gas assets where gas is the primary value driver, connecting them to an integrated value chain that delivers LPG, LNG, and industrial gas directly to market. Where our assets carry producible oil legs, we develop them because early oil revenue strengthens project economics, accelerates gas infrastructure investment, and improves bankability for the integrated programme. 150+ years of combined leadership across NNPC, NLNG, Shell, Baker Hughes, and Amazon stand behind every project we take on.
We target development-ready assets within NNPC Gas Master Plan (GMP) priority hubs, not exploration bets. These are government-mapped clusters where the subsurface is characterised, infrastructure pathways exist, and national policy provides tailwind. Zenergy facilitates field development that converts locked-in potential into bankable, FID-ready supply.
Nigeria produces barely 7.5 Bcf/d, only 60% commercialised. The Presidential Mandate demands 12 Bcf/d by 2030, unlocking USD 60B+ in new investment. Many target hubs also carry associated oil that majors have deprioritised, a dual opportunity for integrated operators.
Africa's largest, yet significant portions remain undeveloped and underutilised.
A Presidential mandate requiring accelerated field development across 23 identified gas hubs.
5M tons/annum LPG with 30M cylinders, transforming household energy access nationwide.
USD 60B+ needed across upstream, infrastructure, and processing by 2030. Early oil cashflow accelerates project bankability.
60% of 2P gas reserves need processing expansion to reach market. Assets with oil legs generate the early revenue to fund it.
"We lead with gas because that is where Nigeria's greatest untapped potential meets the strongest policy mandate. But we are a pragmatic operator; where an asset carries oil, we develop it, because stronger economics mean faster gas. Every molecule we touch has a defined pathway from wellhead to customer. That is the commitment at the heart of our business."

Four integrated strategies delivering returns at every stage of the molecule's journey.
Many operators hold gas assets they can't prioritise and oil reserves below their investment threshold. Zenergy farms into producing and development-stage oil and gas assets within GMP priority hubs, deploying capital, technical teams, and operational support to accelerate gas-led development while monetising associated oil.
Nigeria's southern gas corridor lacks bulk LPG terminal infrastructure despite holding a concentration of the nation's reserves. Our wellhead-to-customer model eliminates offtake risk through 50,000MT coastal storage at Onne, Rivers State and last-mile distribution reaching 1M+ households. Associated liquids from oil production feed supplementary LPG supply.
Floating LNG solutions for deepwater and stranded gas, monetising reserves without onshore pipeline infrastructure. Oil revenue from co-developed assets helps de-risk early CAPEX. Targeting feedstock supply into NLNG Trains 7 & 8 and FLNG opportunities across the Gulf of Guinea.
We supply gas and associated products to power plants, industrial parks, CNG networks, and petrochemical facilities, supporting the GBI ecosystem where the GMP forecasts 4,500+ mmscf/d of industrial demand. Condensate and crude from integrated assets provide feedstock for domestic refineries.
Every molecule we produce has a defined pathway to market, connecting upstream production to midstream and downstream partners for seamless delivery.
Oil and gas asset acquisition, development, and production
Storage, processing, logistics, and coastal depot infrastructure
Last-mile distribution to households, industries, and export terminals
The GMP calls out infrastructure connectivity as a critical gap. Zenergy closes it through midstream and downstream affiliates that guarantee a monetisation pathway from wellhead to market. Oil and condensate from co-developed assets feed existing export and refining channels, ensuring every hydrocarbon stream finds an offtaker.
Our leadership has managed producing oil and gas fields, led drilling campaigns, and negotiated GSPAs at Shell, NNPC, and Baker Hughes. We understand the full asset lifecycle, gas processing, oil handling, and hub-level coordination, because we've done it.
Every investment is evaluated against the GMP's hub clustering criteria. Gas drives the thesis; oil strengthens the economics. Shared infrastructure, common offtakers, and hub-level coordination mean both streams benefit from the same capital deployment.
We target the uncommitted oil and gas reserves that sit below your priority threshold, assets the GMP says must be activated to hit national targets. We develop the full asset, oil and gas, so nothing is left stranded. We complement, not compete.
Gas-first positioning captures the full fiscal tailwind of the Decade of Gas Initiative and PIA framework. Associated oil production benefits from PIA incentives for integrated developments, improving project-level returns and accelerating FID timelines.
Environmental sustainability, community engagement, and carbon-conscious design built into every development plan. Developing the full asset, gas and oil, eliminates the waste of flaring or shutting in producible reserves, aligning commercial returns with responsible resource stewardship.
